What We Do
Led by a volunteer board of directors, Period OKC provides pads, tampons, and menstrual cups to community partners that are actively helping others with food insecurity, housing needs, mental health treatment, substance abuse recovery, reentry following incarceration, or other aid services.
Period OKC is dedicated to serving all who menstruate which includes trans men, non-binary people, and women and girls. We use gender-neutral language and branding and we give our support to all people in need.
No Cost Period Supplies
Products Distributed in 2023
In 2023, Period OKC distributed over 338,000 pads, tampons, and cups to the OKC metro.
Menstrual products have been sent to 62 schools, from elementary to university, night shelters, drug and alcohol rehab centers, aid facilities, food pantries, community free fridges, and mutual aid fairs.

Your Donations Make a Difference.
Menstrual products are NOT covered by welfare programs (such as SNAP), meaning people get no financial help when purchasing products.
A $5 donation will provide as many as 50 pads or tampons for menstruators in need.
